This enables us to ensure that the parent or guardian is aware of the minor's stay at the hotel. A person reserving a room for a minor is responsible for the minor's actions during their stay regardless of whether they are staying in the same room.
We always aim to settle any disputes directly with our customers. However, if a dispute cannot be settled directly, you can contact the national consumer rights advisers at a Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). After this, the case can be forwarded to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
